POLICIES, STANDING RULES, AND BYLAWS Newman Catholic Fellowship shall keep a written record of the policies, standing rules, and bylaws under which the organization runs it regular affairs. All finances shall be in the trust of the Rensselaer Newman Foundation and shall be used as decided by the members of Newman Catholic Fellowship with the approval of the appointed representative of the Rensselaer Newman Foundation.
