POLICIES, STANDING RULES, AND BYLAWS Newman Catholic Fellowship shall keep a written record of the policies, standing rules, and bylaws under which the organization runs it regular affairs. All finances shall be in the trust of the Rensselaer Newman Foundation and shall be used as decided by the members of Newman Catholic Fellowship with the approval of the appointed representative of the Rensselaer Newman Foundation. The name of this organization shall be Newman Catholic Fellowship. Return to Table of contents Our Purpose CATHOLIC ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND is designed as a protected place of rest and fellowship among Catholics, and non-Catholics who are "friends". The President and Election Committee chair, in consultation with the Newman Catholic Fellowship advisor, will select group members to form a nominating committee. Newman Catholic Fellowship shall be financially independent of the Rensselaer Union and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
